Randy Rodgers has been in the mortgage business since the day after retiring from a 30-year career in public education in 2021. As a former educator, he is passionate about educating his clients, ensuring they understand the process and the options available to them. He especially enjoys working with first-time buyers to walk them through the steps of acquiring a mortgage and ensuring they are as comfortable as possible with the decisions they make and can focus mainly on the excitement of getting a new home. He has also begun combining his two vocations by volunteering to teach financial literacy to local high school students. 

In his spare time, Randy most enjoys spending time with his wife of 32 years, Missie, or his amazing adult kids, Reagan and Reilly. Reagan, her husband, Brock, and Randy’s first grandchild, Ben, live in Corpus Christi, while Reilly will be studying law at the University of Alabama beginning in the fall of 2026. Based in New Braunfels, Randy most enjoys bass or trout fishing or spending time hiking with his dog, Phoebe, in state parks all around the Texas Hill Country. He is also active as a lead greeter in his church, River City Church, is Secretary and Service Co-Chair for Rotary Club of New Braunfels, President of Seguin Leads, a local networking group, and on the board for the Seguin Area Community Foundation and the Dodgen Family Foundation.
